Making a return costs SEK 59/return and will be deducted from your refund. As we want to be transparent, there is a cost for shipping back to us as well as a small admin fee for handling returns in our warehouse.

We also urge you as a buyer not to make a return if you have the opportunity to sell your product at a second-hand store or similar.

If you would like to change your product to a different color or size, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order. Please note that shipping and return charges apply.

Return policy

We at Valpoteket are committed to giving you and your four-legged friend the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy designed to make it easy for you to return items and receive a refund or exchange.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • You have 14 days to return goods from the date of issue.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must send the original receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and all accessories that came with it must be included.
  • The products you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It may be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you returned.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Making a return costs SEK 59/return and will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not refund shipping costs.
  • If your return is accepted, you will be refunded for the returned products back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are made within 14 days after we have received the item. We will keep you updated during the return process and send you an email when the process is complete.
  • If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us and we will help you with this.

Please note that we do not accept returns of chewing bones or hygiene products.
